Vision

BOAS Specialister is established on competitive market terms, but with the intention of giving people who have Asperger's Syndrome the opportunity to make use of and develop their abilities based on their own qualifications, strengths, and motivations.

BOAS Specialister wants to prove to society that, if given the right circumstances, people with Asperger's Syndrome can be equal contributors to the progress of society.
 

Mission

The mission of BOAS Specialister is to get as many people as possible with Asperger's Syndrome into employment. BOAS Specialister wants to add manpower to the business community in fields that requires focus, precision, persistence, and a sense for the detail.
