The employees of BOAS Specialister gladly offer courses and introductory presentations to both social case workers and business clients
At BOAS Specialister we experience a lot of interest in our company and the specialized knowledge we have gained through five years of practical experience in having people who does not immediately fit in the ordinary labour market or education system, in employment and work assessment.
Based on this several of our employees go out and promote our knowledge to social case workers, institutions of education, associations, business clients etc.
We gladly tell about our practical experiences with how we respectfully assess, find resources, and work with limitations, as well as our experiences with being an innovative, social-economic business focused on finding and making use of the unique skills of each individual employee, as well as creating a work environment that reduces absence due to illness and promote joy in one's work.
We hold individually adjusted courses for professionals, where the topics are depending on your wishes. At such a course our starting point is our practical knowledge about people with autism based on the concept of normalcy, and work our way towards the special autism-specific knowledge, and the challenges there are in combining the two concepts.
